Pakistani Seviyan -Sweet Vermicelli  in milk      Ingredients                                                                                         1  packet seviyan (vermicelli )                                     3 cups of caster sugar                                       2 letter 3% of milk and 10%carem Small packet                                                                  handful of chopped pistachios, almond,raisins and  decorate with silver leaf (optional)                                                                                                                                                                                                           Method: milk and carem sugar seviyan(vermicelli) all put in cooking pot.then let it cook.occasionally keep stirring and cook until the mixture be cams thick and vermicelli is cooked through. then place in serving dish.garnish with all chopped  nuts.and decorate_with silver leaf (optional)  put in refrigerator until ready to serve.  this sweet dish is special for EID  THANKS  YOU AND ENJOYED .
