23 and 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?



Good Morning Class!

This morning we started a new theme: Health. We watched this video by Dr. Mike Evans who encourages everyone to start becoming more active.  You can start gradually by walking for 5 or 10 minutes a day and then increase to 15, 20 , and then 30 minutes a day. Dr. Evans says that increasing your activity decreases your health risks. Watch the video!
