Recipe of Ajiaco


      





Ingredients
ü  3 Chicken breast, skin removed
ü  12 cups water
ü  3 ears fresh of corn, cut into 2 pieces
ü  ¼ teaspoon salt
ü  Pepper to taste
ü  3 onions
ü  2 garlic cloves
ü  3 tablespoon chopped cilantro
ü  2 cups yellow potato
ü  3 medium white potatoes, peeled and sliced
ü  1/3 cup guascas
ü  1 cup cream for serving
ü  1 cup capers for serving
Directions
  1. In a large pot, place the chicken, corn, chicken, cilantro, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for about 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked and tender.
  2. Continue cooking the corn for 20 more minutes. Discard green onion and add white potatoes, and the guascas. Cook for 20 more minutes.
  3. Uncover and add the frozen yellow potato and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and return to the pot. Serve the Ajiaco hot with capers and heavy cream on the side.

Shrimp lemon sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup lime juice ( 3 or 4 limes )
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt ( to test )
2 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pappe
1 1/2 lbs peeled shrimp
Direction:
1- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice , sugar and salt together . Place  canola oil in a skillet, and turn the heat to hight , a minute later add the  minced garlic until it just turn to brown then add the lime juice mixture all at once , and cook until it reduce by half there should be about 1/4 cup of liquid lime juice in the skillet.
2- Add  the shrimp , and cook over hight  heat . The shrimp will give off liquid of there own and begin to turn pink , after about 2 minutes  stire  content of pan. Continue cooking until all the shrimp are pink about 4 minutes totale
Now it's time you can serve it with rice .

Bombay Potato Curry

Receipe for Bombay Potato 
 Ingredients:
·         2 tbsp cooking oil
·         500g potatoes, parboiled
·         1 tsp mustard seeds
·         1 Bay leaf
·         1/2 inch piece of ginger, grated
·         1 tsp grated garlic
·         1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
·         pinch salt
·         1/2 tsp turmeric power
·         1 tsp coriander powder
·         1/2 tsp Chilli powder
·         1 tsp Fresh cilantro [coriander] leaves

Method:
·         Boil the potatoes in their skin. peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 inch sized pieces.
·         Heat the oil and add mustard seeds and bay leaf, cook until mustard seeds star to pop.
·         Add onion, ginger, garlic fry until the onion is medium brown.
·         Turn the heat down and add all ground spices, salt and tomatoes, give quick star to release flavours.
·         Add the potatoes turn the heat up to medium and star fry the potatoes for a few minutes until potatoes are well- coated with spices.
·         Sprinkle the cilantro leaves all over the potatoes before serving.
You can eat this dish with Naan, Rice and bread

Jambalaya Fettuccine recipe.




Ingredients:

* 2 Oz of shrimps.

* 0.5 Oz of cut green or red pepper.

* 3 Oz of Italian sauge.

* 2 Oz of cut cooked chicken.

 *  Ketchup.

* 13 Oz of cooked fettuccine.   

 * Oil.

 * Green or red Pepper.

Preparation:

This recipe has 3 steps. here they are.

1. Make a portion, this portion includes those 2 ounces of shrimps, o.5 ounces of cut green or red pepper, 3 ounces of Italian sauge, 2 ounces of cut cooked chicken, a little bit of ketchup. Then, put them in a bowl together and mix them.

2. Put a pan on the stove, light it, put some oil on in, when the oil is hot, slow heat and add 13 ounces of fettuccine, fry it for 5 minutes in slow heat.

3. concluding, put other pan on the stove, add oil, when the oil is getting hotter, slow heat, then put the mixture that you have ready. Stir that for 3-5 minutes.

Finally, serve like this: put the fettuccine on a plate, add the mixture of the ready jambalaya. Enjoy it!.

VEGETABLE DISH WITH POTATOES

Ingredients: 
     1-2 potatoes. 
     1/2 or 1/3 carrot. 
     2-3 pieces cilantro. 
Seasoning: 
    1 table spoon olive oil.
    1-2 tea spoon pepper oil.     
    1/2 or 1/3 tea spoon salt. 
    1 table spoon oyster.
    1 tea spoon white vinegar. 
    5-10 drop sesame oil.
Directions:
    1. Peel and shred potatoes and carrots. Put them into cold water at least 10 minutes.
    2. Wash and chop cilantro become 4 or 5 centimeters long.
    3. Put cilantro and seasoning in the big bowl. 
    4. Put potatoes and carrot into basket, rinse the them with cold water. 
    5. Put potatoes and carrot into boiling water and cook for about 1-2 minutes fish them out, put into big bowl and mix evenly. 
   6. Put them on a plate.

                                                                  BASBOUSA     ARABIC   DISH


     2  cup  Seamed
      half cup of  sugar
       1|2 cup of yogurt
        2 large spoon of butter
         1 table spoon baking soda
          2 tsp flour
         1 large tsp vanilla


M IX.  mix it all together . put it in a oven save bowl in to the oven fore 35 minute on 350.c
SYRUP, 3 cup of water and 2 cup of sugar and 20, minute boiling then turn of the stove.
FINALLY; cut busbosa into cubes on top so it put syrup gets juicy.

INGREDIENTS




  • 2.lb fillet fish
  • 1.tablespoon cumin
  • 1.Lemon,juiced
  • 1.Teaspoon salt
  • 1.Tablespoon ground garlic
  • 5.Tablespoon flour for drained

                                              DIRECTION 


  • Prepare the fish by washing it with water.
  • mix up garlic,cumin,salt,and lemon.
  • put the raw fish inside this mixture.
  • let it stand about 2 hours.
  • put the both side of the raw fish on the flour.put the oil in the pan and put it on the stove.
  • fry the raw fish in hot oil.
  • when the both side of the fish become red pick it up and put it on the paper towel.
  • enjoy eating delicious fish.

Pakistani Seviyan -Sweet Vermicelli  in milk      Ingredients                                                                                         1  packet seviyan (vermicelli )                                     3 cups of caster sugar                                       2 letter 3% of milk and 10%carem Small packet                                                                  handful of chopped pistachios, almond,raisins and  decorate with silver leaf (optional)                                                                                                                                                                                                           Method: milk and carem sugar seviyan(vermicelli) all put in cooking pot.then let it cook.occasionally keep stirring and cook until the mixture be cams thick and vermicelli is cooked through. then place in serving dish.garnish with all chopped  nuts.and decorate_with silver leaf (optional)  put in refrigerator until ready to serve.  this sweet dish is special for EID  THANKS  YOU AND ENJOYED . I HOPE YOU LIKE IT 

Ingredients.

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 garlic chopped
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 teaspoon black paper
  • 1/4 tea spoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups red lentils
  • 3 to 4 tables spoon freshly lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped

Direction 

  • Wash the lentils under cold running water.
  • bring a boil and add the lentils, onion .tomato, and garlic. Re- duce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the lentils are quite tender.
  • In a frying pan ,cook the onion in oil until very soft starting to brown. Remove from the heat .Add the unions to the lentil mix and puree a in food processor until smooth . Return to the pan and cook for a few minutes more.
  • stir in the cumin, salt,pepper
  • Enjoy

    B: Sure. This is what you have to do.

    First you Must have a list of these ingredients

    One turkey
    Two cloves of garlic
    1/2 herb cup
    A cup of olive oil
    Two sticks of butter
    1 tablespoon salt

    Second: you combine the olive oil with the garlic, herbs and salt. Spread this mixture over the turkey. Then, shake down on a tray to marinate for 24 hours in a refrigerator, turning it every three hours.

    Also, melt butter, inject it with a syringe in different parts of the turkey, cover with aluminium foil.

    Finally, bake in preheated oven for 2:30 to 3 hours at 180 degrees Celsius.

    How to cook Chinese dumpings


    • Teach you how to Make Dumplings Chinese boiled dumplings are not only delicious to eat but also easy to make. 
    1.  Make the filling. Choose your favorite meat, say pork, beef, or mutton, chop it up and mix it with chopped yellow scallions or cabbage. Meanwhile you had better put in seasonings such as salt, soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, chopped green onion and ginger to get your favorite flavor. Stir the ingredients in a container well to make them evenly mixed.
    2.  Make the dough. Measure wheat flour to go with the filling, put it in a container, pour water bit by bit. Stir it strenuously to make it sticky, then let it rest for about 20 minutes. After that, cut part of the dough and put it on pastry hoard, knead it and cut it into small pieces. Press each piece with the palm of your hand slightly and then roll it with a rolling pin into a round piece.
    3.  Make the dumpling. Hold a dough piece horizontally in your left hand, put a suitable amount of filling onto the central part. Fold the side around the filling, press the upper-central part of it firmly and make firm and nice lace from left to right around the fold edge to make the products better-looking and free from leakage. 4. Boil dumpling. Pour enough water into a pot and boil water. After water is boiling put the dumplings into the boiling water. Keep boiling for about 3 minutes. The Chinese dumplings are ready!

    Ingredients:
    1 kg of boneless beef (preferably the middle part of the tenderloin),
    5 teaspoons of oil,
    1-2 teaspoons of flour,
    Pepper, salt.

    Stuffing:
    4 teaspoons of mustard (spicy)
    2 chopped onions,
    3 chopped pickles sliced lenght-wise,
    0.15 kg smoked bacon.

    Sauce:
    a piece of celery, carot, a litlle parsley,
    3 cloves of garlic,
    2 cups broth
    3-4 peppercorns and allspice,
    3/4 cup of sour cream 22%
    1/2 glass of white dry wine.

    Instruction:
    1. Washed meat cut crosswise onto slices 1-2 cm thick. Tenderize with a wooden pestle,
    2. Smear the mustard on top of beef and sprinkle the onion and slices of bacon. Wrap or roll and    
        pierce with a toothpick.
    3. On the wrapped rolls sprinkle a little flour, fry in browned on both sides,
    4. Fry the meat, put in a pan on a layer of chopped vegetables and chopped garlic.
        Add the spices, pour hot broth  stew 30 min.
        When the meat is soft  remove with a slotted spoon to a bowl.
        Remove the spices and sauce mixes and boil.
    ... Remember:  before serving, remove the toothpicks.

                                                               THE THREE MILK CAKE
         
          Ingredients
     
     Cake:
    - One box the vanilla cake.
    - 3 Eggs
    -1 1/3 Cups of  regular Milk
    - 2 tablespoons of oil
    - ( 350 degrees )
         
    Ingredients to finish the cake                                              

    - One can of evaporated milk.
    - Use the can to measure 1 can regular milk.
    - One can of 25% cream
    Topping:
    -One can condensed milk and heavy cream.

       first prepared the cake that comes in the box because is essayer  to make. In the flour put three eggs,
    and then 1 1/3 cups of regular milk ( mix until is blended ), put the cake in the oven to (350 degrees f) for 30 min. Pierce the cake several time with a fork. Combine the whole milk with condensed milk and evaporated milk together. Pour over the top of the cooler cake. Also if you want you can spread heavy cream in the top and some cherries on top. when you're done the cake, maintain the cake in the fridge.      

    The Steaming Eggs


    1.  Break two eggs into a bowl.
    2. Take 500g of water and pour it into the bowl. 
    3. Add a little of salt in the bowl.
    4.  Mix the eggs and the ingredients.
    5. Beat the mixture.
    6. Put the bowl in a double boiler of some water.
    7. Boil the water in the double boiler for ten minutes. 
    8. Take the bowl out from the double boiler. 10. Drop a little of vegetable oil into the bowl. The steaming eggs are ready!

    Chicken Parmesan





    Ingredients:

    • 4 boneless chicken breasts.
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • seasoned bread crumbs
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 8 slices mozzarella cheese, or more
    • 1 jar (16 oz) spaghetti sauce
    • Parmesan cheese

    Preparation:

    Whisk together the egg and milk. Dip the chicken breasts in milk and egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken in the hot oil on both sides until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Set chicken in a baking dish.
    Slice 8 pieces of mozzarella cheese and put two on each chicken breast. Pour 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a little more mozzarella and bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Serve with spaghetti, garlic bread, a nice green salad and a glass of red wine!!

    Winter Clothing

    Winter is a very beautiful season, but the weather is really cold. For me it is not new because I my home country winter season is the same. I'm used to the cold weather, but I don't like because it's too cold. Temperature can drop very low -40 with wind chill. It is important to dress very warmly. When I go outside I to bundle up. I have sweaters, thick pants, long jacket with hood, scarf, gloves and warm boots to keep my body warm, but I'm not very comfortable because I wear heavy clothes. Also I prepare my kids for winter bundle up because they spend a lot outside to play in the snow.

    You must wear from head to toes to keep warm.You need a parka when it's snowing must you wear many layers:you need winter scarf,gloves,parka,legging, and maybe you need ski mask and boots.
    We must wear all this things because the winter in Canada too cold and snowy.Some people can't manage this winter
    The weather in my country is different,it's better than Canada.
    The sun always is rising almost all year,there isn't snow. But now I'm comfortable and I am used to living in Canada.

                    This first Winter in Canada for me and my kids ? ,before Winter  comes, I am prepared to bundle up this Winter,I was worried about my kids,but now I'm feeling better.My son wears snow suit,mitten,winter scarf,wool socks and boots.He likes the Winter here,so he tells me,he wants to build a snow man . I wear many things to get warm for ex,long under wear , thermal,parka,gloves and  coat.now I'm comfortable in the Winter.I can do any thing as before the Winter.Finally I liked the winter in Canada.

                    I think this winter colder than two years ago .In my home country I ignored the weather forecast  because all season there are warmer.Now, I'm following the weather forecast everyday  because  Canada is very cold . I don't like winter because I bundle up in many layers.I like to wear a coat, ski hat, gloves, winter scarf and snow boots.Sometimes, I wear thermal tight under my pants.When I wear everything I feel warmer but not comfortable .My husband is the opposite of me, he prefer a light clothes.He doesn't like wear ski hat or gloves just he put on a hood. He likes the winter and enjoy the snow with my kids.


    I  already have everything for my kids such as earmuffs,mittens, scarf, snow jacket, long under wear ,
    tight, snow pants and snow boots.My kids are happy for winter because they make a snow balls ,snow angels and snowmen.

    Most people in winter don't wear the right clothing. I think it  is better to wear under clothes so it
    keeps the body warm. also a good jacket, turtleneck, scarf, gloves and a winter hat. When the children go outside they should be bundle up. oh I almost forget to tell you to wear proper winter boots, so you don't slip and your feet are nice and warm.

    I like winter special December because we celebrate Christmas and also I enjoy putting up the decoration for Christmas and the lights outside of my house.
     Canada has many activities to do in winter for example I went to keelson park to slide in the little mountain with my family but we wear not property  bundle up.  It was fun I hope to do it again this
     winter.

    In my home countri is the same winter season, only winter is longer, colder, with a lot of snow.
    I have experience about winter clothing. The winter clothing have to be warm, comfortable and
    not heavy. For winter season, we prepared warm coat or parka, knitted wool skarf, thin socks,
    mittens, warm jacket, boots. When we go on ski or to walk, we use other clothes, it is the hiking
    boots, ski hat, ski jacket and gloves. We must  use clothes in compliance with weather forecast,
    because outside my be windy, slippery, snow melting and snow-covered ice.

    Canadian Winter time

    I have spent five winters in Canada. My first winter was a beautiful one, I watched the snow fall, stayed home and enjoyed.

    I did not think about bundling up but now with three children I really think about it.

    When we go out with my kids to play on the snow, we must bundle up really well.

    Usually in winter time, we wear warm clothes, but it also depends on how cold-resistant you are, where you plan to go and how long you plan to be outside.

     

    Here are some tips:

     

    - Beware of clear and sunny days in winter time, this days are usually very cold.

    -If you live in Canada you MUST be familiar with the weather forecast from TV, radio, etc.

    - Make sure you have a good weather `` app`` in your mobile device ;)

     

    f you understand and learn to keep warm in Canadian winters you`ll enjoy them a lot more!!

              In the winter it  is important to dress properly. It is good idea wear a toque on your head and winters scarf to protect your neck . If you want to keep warm, you can wear thermal underwear, gloves or mittens and boots. People try to scape the frozen weather by  having a hot coffee or tea. If you have to go outside make sure you bundle up like  mummy because Canada is cold!

    If compare to my home country winter in Canada is totaly different from my country . Anyway I have to live in the coolness country , so I 'll try to grow fond of a season that lasts nearly half the year . I must wear the right clothing in winter in Canada .
    Last weekend was - 4 but real feel like - 12 , I prepared to bundle up for sidewalk shopping at Toronto  China town. I wore a layer of a knit sweater under a 3/4 thick coat , I had thermal pan under my Jeans , a hood , a scarf , gloves , winter boots  ect.....
    After I dressed my warmly clothes I feel very comfortable That 's why I can stayed long  and enjoyed shopping  outside. Now I never worry about winter same as I just came to Canada at the first year , because I have learned more experience  with the cold weather.
